  • Exercise Class

    North Otago Asthma Society together with Oamaru Hospital Physiotherapy Department has designed an exercise programme for people with asthma and COPD.

    WHERE: "Meeting Room" next to Medlab Laboratory, Steward St, Oamaru.

    WHEN: Thursdays 10am to 11.30am.

    WHAT TO WEAR: light clothing. Bring your reliever inhaler and spacer.
    Cup of tea/coffee provided,
    Gold coin donation.
