Programs run by this Organisation

  • Supermarket Tours

    These are provided by the Dietition and held bi monthly beginning February 2007.
    Contact person Jan Nath ph 434 2224.
    Limited to 5 or 6 people each tour. Not only for people with diabetes. Dates for these tours can be viewed on the events calendar.

  • Healthy Eating Group

    We meet and test our blood glucose levels before going for a walk coming back to test blood glucose level again. Weigh ourselves (your choice) and discuss food matters. Are you interested in finding out more contact Jan on 434 2224.
